If you’ve made a purchase using your Alexa device’s voice shopping capabilities and find that you want to cancel the order, follow these steps.
Log into your Amazon account (via a phone, tablet, or computer) and click on “Orders” on the top right of the screen. Click on the order you’d like to cancel and then select cancel.
No Return Shipping Costs for Alexa Shoppers
If you’ve missed the window of time in which you can cancel an order on Amazon, and your item has already shipped, there’s a perk for Alexa shoppers, Amazon will refund your return shipping costs. Read more about Amazon’s return policy for voice shoppers.
